  1. Open any Arrows template and click Pipeline Automation in the left rail.
  2. Choose your HubSpot pipeline: Deal, Ticket or a custom object you use for onboarding.
  3. Select the trigger:
    • Task completed
    • Phase completed
    • Plan status changed
  4. Publish. The next time a customer checks off the final onboarding task, their record advances without human intervention.
Yopla Tip: Pair this with a Luna rule that posts a concise summary of the completed phase into Slack. It keeps everyone in sync without another meeting.

Option 2 – Classic HubSpot Workflow

Pre‑work

Sync the Arrows Current Phase field to the object you’re tracking.

Build the workflow

Steps:

1. Trigger: Start when Arrows Current Phase is known.

2. Branch: Add an IF/THEN for each phase (Kick-off, Adoption, Value Realised...)

3. Act: In each branch, set Pipeline Stage = matching phase.

4. (Optional): Fire off extras. Create an upgrade deal, assign an owner, ping Slack, or let Luna draft a celebratory email.

Because the data, not intuition, drives the change. Your process stays consistent and audit‑proof.

Beyond the stage change: build momentum

  • Upsell moments: Auto‑create a Sales pipeline deal when a customer hits Ready to Expand.
  • Ownership shifts: Rotate record owners when Implementation turns into Support, ensuring nobody clings to an ageing ticket.
  • Signal‑driven playbooks: Trigger a “30‑day value check” task for CSMs the instant a deal lands in Adopted.
