Why Did We Found Yopla?
Everywhere we looked, we saw the same pattern. Brilliant teams, stuck in mess. Folders, spreadsheets, post-it notes. Knowledge trapped in people’s heads, stitched together by memory, good will, and too many workarounds. Transformation projects kicked off with energy, then fizzled - not for lack of ambition, but because something vital was always missing.
We’d all lived it, across finance, digital operations, startups, scale up's and cyber security. Even at the edges of elite sport. Different industries, same frustration. Everyone wanted the same thing: a better way of working. But all they were being sold was software.
We started Yopla to flip that.
What if transformation didn’t start with tools, but with understanding? What if instead of guesswork, there was a method - not just strategy, but step-by-step plans anyone could follow? Playbooks.
