Travel

We travel with purpose, always balancing impact, cost, and care:

Travel green first: trains, EVs, or other low-carbon options whenever possible.
Offset every flight: if flying is essential, we commit to offsetting emissions.
Keep costs sensible: up to £325 per person per day in the UK, £425 elsewhere.
Mileage rate: charged at £0.25 per mile.
Book flexibly: accommodation and transport chosen with flexibility in mind.
Plant-based preference: we eat from sustainable, organic sources.
No alcohol: clear, simple, and consistent.
Transparent expenses: bills shared quickly, receipts included in every invoice.
Face-to-face clarity: if travel is on us, we’ll tell you in advance so you know not to expect a charge.

Travel should be a pleasure, not a shock on the bill. That’s our principle.

Spaces

Where we meet matters. We prioritise quality, sustainability, and comfort:

Safe, welcoming environments: spaces must be professional, comfortable, and sustainable.
Cost aligned: under £200 per space per day in the UK, £350 elsewhere.
Flexible first: we book flexibly or make cancellation terms clear in advance.
Fuel for focus: wherever possible, we provide food and beverages to keep everyone energised.
