Our Digital Readiness Scan is a people centred assessment of adoption risk before change. We combine two short questionnaires, simple skill checks and optional interviews to surface culture, skills, time and communication dynamics. Evidence is converted into decision ready actions, accessible executive assets and clear next steps. We highlight people who would make strong members of a transformation team, we do not run a champions model.
